وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا
Val eadiyeati daabhea(daabhaan).
By the runners who pant.
Surah 100
100/ADIYAT
View
فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا
Fal mooriyeati kaadhea(kaadhaan).
Then to those that strike fast and spark.
فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا
Fal mugeereati subhea(subhaan).
Then by those that raid suddenly at dawn.
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا
Fa asarna bihee naak’ea(naak’an).
So thereby they raised a trail of dust.
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا
Fa vasaatna bihee cam’ea(cam’aan).
Then rushed thereby into the center of an assembly.
إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ
Innal inseana li raabbihee la kanood(kanoodun).
Most surely human is very ungrateful to his Lord.
وَإِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
Va innahu aalea zealika la shaheed(shaheedun).
And most surely he is a witness to this.
وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
Va innahu li hubbil haayri la shadeed(shadeedun).
And most surely his love of wealth is strong.
أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ
A fa lea yaa’lamu izea bu’siraamea feel kuboor(kuboori).
When what is in the graves are made to rise, do they not know?
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ
Va hussıla mea fees sudoor(sudoori).
And what is in the bosoms (all thoughts, intentions concerning the good and the evil) is gathered and made apparent.
إِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَخَبِيرٌ
Inna raabbahum bihim yavma izin la haabeer(haabeerun).
Most surely their Lord that Day of Permission is the One Who is Well-Acquainted with them.
